Check the Status of a Claim

If you would like to check the status of a claim, our office can assist you. Please call our claims department at (847) 387-3889 and a Claims Advocate can assist in updating you on the status of your claim.

Please note: once your claim is submitted to the insurance carrier, they take approximately 10-14 business days to review before a decision is made and benefits would be paid. If your claim is subject to a pre-existing condition review, this review period will likely be extended depending on how quickly you doctor’s respond to requests from the insurance carrier.
